Three Programmes, One Goal: Clarity for Your Family

Each Heirvale programme is educational in scope. We help you understand how estate matters are generally organised in Malaysia and assist you in keeping your own records in order. No legal advice — clear referral paths to the right professionals.

— Our Methodology —

How Every Heirvale Programme Is Structured

All three programmes follow the same underlying principle: explain first, organise second, refer third. We do not move to the next stage until you are comfortable with where you are.

01

Education First

We begin with a plain-language overview of how estate organisation works in Malaysia — so you have the vocabulary and context to make sense of what comes next.

02

Organisation Second

Where the programme includes record work, we help you collect, sort, and label your own documents into a structured personal file — one you own and maintain.

03

Referral Third

Every programme concludes with a specific list of official bodies and licensed professionals relevant to your situation — so you know exactly where to go for formal steps.

Programme 01

Legacy Orientation Session

A calm, single-session overview covering how Malaysian families generally organise estate affairs — which official bodies exist, what professionals handle which matters, and what the process typically looks like from start to finish. General information only. Nothing in this session constitutes legal advice or opinion on your personal situation.

  • Plain-language walk-through of how estate affairs are typically arranged in Malaysia
  • Glossary of common terms (grant of probate, letters of administration, faraid, hibah, and others)
  • Overview of relevant Malaysian official bodies — Amanah Raya Berhad, land registry, and others
  • List of recommended professional categories to consult for formal steps
  • Session notes provided for reference after the appointment

Duration

Approx. 2–3 hours

Programme 02

Records Organisation Service

A practical, hands-on service helping you collect, sort, and label your important personal records — property titles, account information, insurance policies, identification documents, and more — into one structured personal file. The file is yours to maintain and update. Our role is organisation, not formal processing or legal documentation.

  • Structured folder system provided, adapted for how Malaysian estate documents are typically requested
  • Document checklists covering property, accounts, policies, and identity records
  • Summary index of what is held and where, for easy reference by family or a professional
  • Identification of any gaps in current records, with pointers to where to obtain missing documents
  • Pointers to appropriate professionals for any formal steps needed

Duration

2–3 working sessions

Fee

RM 2,100

Programme 03

Family Legacy Companion Programme

Not legal advice — an education and organisation programme designed to leave you genuinely prepared.

  • Multi-session guided format at your own pace, typically over four to six weeks
  • Personal archive binder included — a physical, sectioned folder designed for Malaysian estate documents
  • Structured session preparing clear, specific questions for your solicitor or administrator
  • Follow-up factual query support included after programme completion
  • Full education component covering Malaysian estate processes, terms, and official bodies
  • In-person or online sessions available

— How We Work —

Standards Across All Programmes

Information Handled with Discretion

Documents and details shared with us are used only within your programme. We do not share client information with third parties. Practices align with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Scope Confirmed in Writing

Before any session begins, we provide a written summary of what the programme covers and what it does not. There are no surprises about scope or cost.

No Legal Advice — Unambiguously

We do not offer opinions on specific personal decisions, draft legal documents, or represent families in formal proceedings. Any session that moves in that direction is redirected to a licensed professional.

Materials Reviewed Regularly

Educational content and resource lists are reviewed to reflect changes in Malaysian estate administration, official procedures, and relevant bodies.

Sessions Scheduled Around You

We accommodate in-person appointments at our Bangsar Baru office and online video sessions for most programme components. Scheduling is flexible.

Factual Queries Supported

Participants in the Records Organisation Service and Companion Programme can submit factual questions in writing after their sessions at no additional charge.
