— Our Story —
A Quiet Place to Begin the Conversation
Heirvale was founded on a simple idea: that families deserve a clear, unhurried space to understand how estate records are typically organised — before they need to speak with a solicitor or administrator.
Back to Home— How We Started —
The Story Behind Heirvale
Heirvale grew out of a straightforward observation: many Malaysian families come to estate matters — wills, property, accounts, policies — without a clear sense of how the process generally works, where to begin, or what documents they should have at hand. The conversations with solicitors or administrators often start late, and the family arrives without a clear picture of what they hold.
We opened our Bangsar Baru office to fill that gap — offering plain-language education and practical record organisation, well before any formal process begins. We do not prepare legal documents, represent anyone, or offer advice on specific decisions. Our role is to help you arrive at those conversations with clarity.
The name Heirvale reflects the idea of a well-kept ledger — orderly, accessible, and passed on with care.
Our Mission
To give Malaysian families a calm, informed foundation for managing their records — so that when the time comes to consult a professional, they are ready.
Our Approach
Education only. We explain how things are typically done, help you organise what you have, and point you clearly toward the right professionals for anything requiring a licence or formal decision.
Our Values
Clarity over complexity. Patience over pressure. Respect for each family's circumstances, culture, and pace.

— Our Standards —
How We Maintain Quality and Trust
These are the principles and practices that guide every session, every record folder, and every client interaction at Heirvale.
Strict Scope Boundaries
We do not draft wills, represent families in formal proceedings, or give opinions on specific decisions. Every session stays clearly within educational and organisational scope.
Information Handled with Care
Any documents or details you share with us are used solely within your programme and are not disclosed to third parties. You retain full control of your own records.
Malaysia-Referenced Materials
All educational materials reference Malaysian institutions, bodies, and processes — including Amanah Raya Berhad, the relevant state Islamic religious councils, and the National Registration Department.
Clear Programme Scope Disclosure
Before any session begins, we confirm in writing what the programme covers and what it does not. Families are encouraged to ask questions before committing to any service.
Materials Kept Current
We review our educational content and resource lists regularly to reflect changes in Malaysian estate administration, policy, and official procedures.
Questions Are Always Welcome
We encourage participants to ask anything, revisit materials, and follow up on factual queries after their sessions. There is no such thing as an inconvenient question here.
— What We Stand For —
Estate Organisation Education in Malaysia
Malaysian families face a wide range of considerations when it comes to arranging personal affairs — from understanding how property is typically held and transferred, to knowing which documents belong in a well-organised personal file and which professionals handle formal processes such as grant of probate, letters of administration, or faraid distribution.
Many people find that they arrive at those formal processes without a clear picture of what is involved, what paperwork exists, or how to communicate clearly with a solicitor or administrator. The result is often delay, repeated visits, and added cost — not because the process is complicated, but because the family was not prepared with basic orientation.
Heirvale exists to address that gap. Based in Bangsar Baru, Kuala Lumpur, we offer structured sessions and record-organisation services for Malaysian residents who want to understand the landscape and get their own documents in order — at their own pace, without pressure, and with a clear referral path to the right licensed professionals when the time comes.
We work across communities in Malaysia, and our materials acknowledge the different estate administration frameworks that may apply depending on religion, residency, and the nature of assets involved. We do not favour any particular professional service provider; we focus on helping each family find their footing.
